Issuing a Zendesk account is available by emailing the person in charge of each company below.
You will receive a Zendesk invitation email via the email you applied for.

The procedures vary by types of Zendesk request/inquiry content as follows:

• Immediate Process (within 1 business day)
  • AWS FSx connection error
  • AWS VDI connection error
    
    
• Process after the person in charge of each company’s confirmation (within 3 days to 1 week)
  
  • Adding AWS FSx & AWS VDI account 
  • Requesting folder access authority
  • Turning off the firewall
    

• Process after SAMOO BIM manager's confirmation 
  • BIM related inquiries
